This Privacy Policy explains how the website ellenreginacerimonial.com.br handles the personal data of those who visit it or get in touch, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).
1. Who we are
The website is operated by Cerimonial Ellen Regina (Ellen Regina Assessoria e Cerimonial), based in Aracaju, Sergipe, Brazil, which is the controller of the data handled here.
2. What data we collect
- Data you send us through the contact form: your name, a way to contact you (such as phone, WhatsApp or e-mail) and the information about your event that you choose to fill in, such as expected date and location, type of celebration, planning stage, estimated number of guests, what worries you most, expected budget range and how you found us. We also record the page of origin and, when they exist, campaign or link data that brought you to the form. If you start filling in the form and do not finish, we keep what was already provided from your name and WhatsApp onwards, so that we can get in touch. This only happens after you tick, at the start of the form, the box agreeing to this policy.
- Browsing data: as on any website, the server where the site is hosted automatically records technical information, such as IP address, browser type, pages accessed and date and time of access. We also collect, through the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics (see section 4), information about how you use the site, such as the pages you visit and the buttons you click, associated with identifiers from your browser.
We do not collect sensitive personal data and we do not ask for documents, bank details or card details through the site.
3. What we use your data for
- Answer your message and understand what you want for your event;
- Prepare and send planning and ceremony coordination proposals, and move forward with a possible engagement;
- Keep the site secure and working properly.
- Measure the performance of our Facebook and Instagram ads and show ads to people with a profile similar to that of site visitors;
- Understand how the site is used (most viewed pages, source of visits and button clicks) in order to improve it.
The legal bases used are fulfilling the data subject’s own request and carrying out preliminary procedures related to a contract (art. 7, V, of the LGPD), legitimate interest (art. 7, IX) for site security and for measuring and improving our ads and the use of the site and, where applicable, your consent (art. 7, I).
4. Cookies and third-party technologies
This site uses the Meta Pixel, an ad measurement tool from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram). We also use Google Analytics, Google’s website traffic analysis tool. We do not use other analytics or tracking tools. The site uses:
- Meta Pixel: when you open the site, Meta receives information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, clicks on the buttons that lead to the form and cookie identifiers. We use this data to measure the results of our ads and to target ads to people interested in services like ours. Meta handles this data under its own privacy policy, at facebook.com/privacy/policy. Some of this data may be processed outside Brazil.
- Google Analytics: when you open the site, Google receives information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the source of the visit, the pages you view and clicks on the buttons that lead to the form, as well as cookie identifiers. We use this data in aggregate form, to know how the site is used and improve it. More information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Some of this data may be processed outside Brazil.
- Google Fonts: the site text is displayed with fonts loaded from Google servers, which makes your browser send your IP address to Google when opening the page. More information at policies.google.com/privacy.
- Contact form (Google Sheets): when you click the “Schedule a chat” buttons, you open the form on our own website. The answers are saved in a Google spreadsheet, with access restricted to the Cerimonial Ellen Regina team, and may trigger an e-mail alert to our team, including when the form is left incomplete, so that we can follow up on your request. So that you can resume filling in the form, it also keeps your answers, for up to 24 hours, in your own device’s browser (local storage); this information is not sent to third parties this way and is erased when you complete the submission.
- Link to Instagram: when you click it, you become subject to Instagram’s privacy policy.
You can limit the use of Google Analytics by installing Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You can limit the use of the Meta Pixel in two ways: by blocking third-party cookies or using your browser’s private mode, and by adjusting your ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences. If you prefer, you can also ask us to handle your case through the channel in section 8.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell or rent your data. It may be handled only by service providers needed for the site and our service to work, such as the site’s hosting company (HostGator), Google (where the spreadsheet and the e-mail with form submissions, and Google Analytics, live) and Meta Platforms, through the Meta Pixel, or where there is a legal obligation or an order from a competent authority.
6. How long we keep data
We keep data for as long as necessary for our service, for the performance of any contract and to comply with legal obligations. If you do not become a client, contact data will be kept only for a reasonable period to follow up on your request and then deleted.
7. Your rights
Under art. 18 of the LGPD, you may request at any time:
- Confirmation that we process your data and access to it;
- Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in breach of the law;
- Data portability;
- Information about who we share your data with;
- Withdrawal of consent, when processing is based on it.
8. How to contact us about your data
To exercise any of these rights or ask questions about this policy, contact us through our contact form or on Instagram @cerimonial.ellenregina. We will reply within a reasonable time.
9. Security
We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. No system, however, is completely risk-free.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or the law. The most recent version will always be on this page. Last updated: October 19, 2026.
